Take a break from the ‘busyness’ of life and give yourself time to slow down, breathe and explore. This workshop offers a simple, step-by-step intuitive art process that anyone can do - no experience needed.

Together we will:
- Learn about colours and their meanings
- Use calming colour breathwork to prepare
- Create freely with simple materials (all materials provided)
- Reflect on your artwork and share insights in a supportive space
