Hypertension Education Seminar

Join us for a FREE hypertension seminar! This monthly workshop series by YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program and Cambridge Health Alliance will discuss a variety of topics related to blood pressure and ways to manage it.

This week’s workshop will talk about what blood pressure is, why it is important to manage your blood pressure, and how some blood pressure medications work.
