About the FACILITATOR: Ela Kolodziej is a trained facilitator and a holistic therapist with years of experience; and she will do her best to create a safe and encouraging container to Be in and enjoy together. That being said, each participant is responsible for taking care of their boundaries and well-being, deciding when and how to participate, co-creating a beautiful and supporting space. If during any activity you feel unsafe or need support, you can approach the facilitator and address it with her, in the moment or afterwards. ⚡ CONTRAINDICATIONS ⚡ Although it is a space where healing can happen, it is not meant to be a therapy place, so if you have serious mental health problems or get easily triggered and overwhelmed, reconsider your participation. ?
