The focus of the Safe Spirit retreats is self-discovery — recognizing who we truly are beyond societal conditioning, learned patterns, fears, expectations and personal identifications.

In everyday life, many people lose connection with themselves through stress, routines, external pressure and unconscious conditioning from family, society and past experiences.

This retreat creates a space to step out of everyday distractions and reconnect with your authentic inner being through mindfulness, reflection, nature and conscious ceremonial work.

Traditional Amazonian plants have been used ceremonially for generations as tools for reflection, awareness and spiritual insight.

Single, double and shared rooms are available depending on availability on site. Participants also have the possibility to sleep traditionally in the ceremony space on a mattress with pillow and blanket, in the same space where the ceremony takes place.
