Haliʻimaile, Maui – Maui Gold Pineapple invites the community to a special evening with Harry Donenfeld, local Maui resident and cast member of Netflix’s hit show Million Dollar Secret, during the upcoming Haliʻimaile 3rd Friday Night Market on Friday, April 18th.
From 5:00 to 7:00 PM, guests are welcome to stop by the Maui Pineapple Store—which will be open late for the occasion—for a free meet-and-greet with Harry, plus complimentary tastings of fresh-cut Maui Gold Pineapple.

Then, starting at 7:00 PM, grab dinner from one of the incredible food trucks at the Night Market, or take out from the Haliʻimaile General Store, and head to the Maui Pineapple Store’s outdoor deck to watch the season finale of Million Dollar Secret.

The event is part of Haliʻimaile’s vibrant Third Friday Night Market, which features local food trucks, artisan vendors, a fresh produce farmers market, and live glassblowing demonstrations at Makai Glass. It’s a celebration of community and creativity—and this month, it’s also a celebration of one of Maui’s own. The Haliʻimaile Third Friday Night Market takes place every third Friday of the month in Haliʻimaile Town from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is presented by Fresh Help Maui, a local 501(c)(3) organization, with support from the County of Maui Office of Economic Development.  

The season finale of Million Dollar Secret was released on April 9, 2025. While Harry didn’t make it to the end, he quickly became a fan favorite—and gave Maui Gold Pineapple a national shoutout in the premiere episode, calling it “the best pineapple in the world.”

“Filming Million Dollar Secret was one of the most surreal experiences of my life,” said Donenfeld. “Representing Maui and sharing a little piece of home with the world—even just in a shoutout—meant everything to me. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from this community.”
