A team of Raja Yoga meditation practitioners and vegetarian advocates will lead a short talk and a light, nature‑inspired recipe demonstration featuring:

• Green Wave Seaweed Rolls
• Velvet Melt No‑Bake Fudge
• Fresh Burst Salad Tops

Contribution of ₱300 to cover the cost of ingredients and facility use. A taste test will follow!
