After an incredible event debut in 2024, Move for MADA returns, bringing the community together once again in a powerful show of support and inspiring locals to take a stand against domestic abuse.

We will remember and acknowledge the impact of DV in our community, run against it and promote a safe future for our children and community.

Join us on Sunday July 27th for a 2km, 5km or 10km run, walk or stroll at your own pace and community event at Harold Gregson Park from 9am-12pm.

2km is equivalent to 8 laps
5km is equivalent to 12.5 laps
10km is equivalent to 25km

This is the perfect chance to connect with your community, access valuable resources and support programs which assist people impacted by domestic abuse.

We are fully inclusive of all communities, and welcome everyone from all walks of life to enjoy this free family fun day. 

Maitland Regional Art Gallery will be hosting a community art project for people to engage with, reflect, remember and contribute towards.

Move for MADA welcomes donations online at mada.org.au or in person on the day of the event.
