10:30am - MOVEMENT. Mikola will lead you through some movement and dance to gently awaken your body after the break.
11:00am - ESSENTIAL OILS. Lucinda will share with us two beautiful essential oils and lead a short calming breathwork session.
11:30am - MORNING TEA
12:00pm - Free bellydance taster class to see what it is all about

We will finish the morning with a Hunter Shimmy Sisters free taster class for anyone who is thinking of joining but wants to try it out first.
