Step away from the busyness of life and gift yourself a day to reconnect, reset and nourish your mind, body and soul.

We will begin the morning slowly with warm cacao and connection, creating a welcoming space to land and ground before being guided through a gentle yoga flow with Kylie to awaken the body and ease into the day.

You will then be taken on a deeply relaxing Breath & Sound Journey with Chloe and Cynthia, designed to calm the nervous system, soften the mind and guide you into a beautiful state of inner stillness.

After some time to integrate, Cynthia will guide you through a powerful intention setting activity, where you will create your own intention jar to take home — a meaningful reminder of what you wish to call into your life in 2026.

Jake will then lead you through a Quantum Leap process and energy healing journey, helping you shift your energy and open into new possibilities.

To finish the day, Danielle will guide a fun hands-on nature craft activity, inviting you to connect with your creativity and the grounding energy of nature.

Throughout the day you’ll also enjoy beautiful morning tea, afternoon tea and a nourishing lunch, allowing you to relax, connect and truly be held in the space.

This retreat is open to both men and women and is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, awaken your soul, and reconnect with who you truly are.
