I’m taking a small group to a 15th-century monastery in the Seville mountains—a place that honestly feels like it’s giving you a giant, healing hug the moment you walk through the gates.

Passion & Paella: We’ll keep the energy high with Flamenco Therapy (it’s amazing for emotional release) and I’ll show you how to make a proper Healthy Paella that actually loves your gut.

UNESCO certified Starlight reserve: We’ll end the nights looking up at one of the clearest skies on the planet.
