Join us for Reconnect and Restore, the first in a series of transformative wellbeing workshops designed to help you understand and release stress, tension, and trauma held within the body.
Through gentle movement, mindful connection, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), you’ll learn how to tune into your body’s natural ability to restore balance and calm.
This workshop offers a supportive and welcoming space for anyone wishing to explore the mind–body connection, release built-up tension, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease.

9:45 – How the Body Holds Stress, Tension & Trauma
10:05 – How the Body Moves – A gentle yoga session suitable for all abilities, exploring movement and muscular patterns
11:00 – Connect Over a Cuppa
11:30 – How to Release Stress, Tension & Trauma with TRE – Learn to connect to sensation and explore how TRE can activate the body’s natural tremor reflex to release tension
12:45 – Closing Circle
