The practice will conclude with a guided, relaxing savasana to integrate your energy.

As nature shifts with the solstice, this practice allows us to renew, refresh, and inspire ourselves—embracing a fresh start with the energy of the season. You are encouraged to listen to your body, honour your limits, and make the practice your own. Rest whenever needed. Complete all 108 Sun Salutations, or as many as feel right for you. Let your heart guide you as you link breath with movement in this beautiful, dynamic vinyasa flow.

All levels are welcome, though some prior experience with Vinyasa yoga is recommended.

Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the practice to celebrate and restore.
