Bows are one of the most requested cake decorations, and in this fabulous class you'll learn how to create beautiful, professional-looking sugar bows with confidence.

This course focuses entirely on bow making, taking you right back to basics. You'll learn how to choose the best paste for the job, how to prepare it correctly, and how to calculate the perfect size bow for your cake. 

We will also cover techniques to help your bows hold their shape and achieve a flawless finish.

During the class, you'll create two gorgeous styles of bow:
- a large, elegant tied bow with trailing ribbons – perfect for statement celebration and gift-style cakes.

- a delicate two-tone bow with streamers – a smaller, pretty design that adds a beautiful finishing touch to cakes and cupcakes.

A dummy cake will be provided and iced for you so that the entire class can focus on mastering the art of bow making. However, if you'd prefer, you're very welcome to bring your own cake to decorate instead.
