There is a world of difference between a top class brownie and a run of the mill brownie.  So many people who thought they didn't like brownies are now true 'brownie converts' having tasted brownies made by Annabelle. 

In this amazing class, Annabelle will share all her brownie knowledge from choosing ingredients, choosing the tin, lining the tin, flavour combinations, mixing, baking, cutting even squares, decorating, storage and keeping times.

As an added bonus, Annabelle will demonstrate how to make millionaires shortbread.

Go home having had an amazing time, having learnt loads and with a box of 15 brownies and a square or two of millionaire's shortbread.

You will:
- line your tin
- make a batch of brownies (i chose classic brownies, chocolate & cherry, chocolate & orange, chocolate & coconut)

While the brownies are baking Annabelle will demonstrate how to make millionaire's shortbread (and you will be able to take some home).  Also while the brownies are baking/ cooling, we will discuss decoration options/ ideas and you will make some moulded flowers in colours to suit your flavour combination.

Once your brownies have cooled learn:
- how to cut your brownies into perfectly even squares
- decorate your brownies with chocolate, flowers and freeze-dried fruits
