Guided by the clarity and precision of B.K.S. Iyengar’s approach to yoga, we explore how symmetry in the body creates harmony in the mind.

Through steady practice and reflections from Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, each session becomes a step toward renewal — inviting stillness, balance, and a fresh perspective for the year ahead.

Day 2 – December 28: A Fresh Path – Cultivating Steadiness and Ease

Key Sūtra: Abhyāsa-vairāgyābhyāṁ tan-nirodhaḥ (I.12) – Steady practice and letting go bring stillness.

Balancing strength and softness, we refine alignment and rhythm.
Through mindful use of props and patient observation, we rediscover the freshness that arises when practice meets surrender.
