Join us for an evening of connection, nourishment, and seasonal grounding beneath the trees.

We’ll begin with a gentle, empowering Qigong practice led by the wonderful Davina—a local Yoga and Meditation teacher, Energy Healer, and Qigong practitioner. With her grounded presence and deep love for the Eastern arts, Davina will guide us through breath-led movement to restore balance, soothe the nervous system, and gently recharge your energy.

Qigong is a moving meditation—accessible, soulful, and deeply restorative. It helps to clear stagnation, boost vitality, and bring you home to the present moment.

After our practice, we’ll gather around the campfire for a seasonal feast, sharing:

✨ Nettle soup
✨ Wild garlic butter breads
✨ Springtime pesto
✨ Nettle & lemon cake

You’re also invited to try zen stone wrapping—a meditative and beautiful Japanese craft, also known as mizuhiki rock wrapping. Using natural twine, yarn, or cane, we’ll wrap stones into intricate, decorative patterns—an act of mindfulness and creativity rooted in traditional Japanese gift-wrapping.

There’ll be time for slow chats, gentle bushcraft like fire lighting, and soaking in the magic of sisterhood and spring.
