Meditation group at St Mark’s Crescent Methodist Church, Allenby Road, on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 9.30am-10.30am.

Relax, reduce stress, feel happier, calmer and gain mental clarity through the Meditation on Twin Hearts. All adults welcome, no previous experience or equipment necessary. No prior booking required, just come along.
