The walk will be led by trained herbalist, Justine Gens, who will guide you through the impact of plants on your physical and mental health. Justine will show you how to identify, harvest and embrace nourishing wild plants & fungi with a sustainable approach. Her aim is to make foraging approachable and give you the confidence to explore and harvest by yourself after one course.  She will share the medicinal properties of the plants and mushrooms that are foraged, provide cooking tips and their folklore, while keeping the practice sustainable.
