You’ll learn to distinguish a few of these plants amongst all the spring greenery and learn how to put them to use in your kitchen. This walk will be led by Violet Reed and held at our Fresh Roots Farm on April 11th from 2-4pm. Plants covered in this course will include nutrition-packed wild edibles like chickweed, purple dead nettle, garlic mustard, dandelion, and more.
