As the earth stirs and green returns to the land, join us for a nourishing hands-on workshop celebrating the renewal of early spring through the art of tea and honey blending. You’ll learn the basics of blending teas, herbs, and honey by taste and energetic quality — how gently stimulating herbs and floral notes awaken the senses, support health, and restore balance after winter’s stillness. We will focus on how red rooibos brings warmth, depth, and vitality to your blends, and explore ways to incorporate honey and bee products to enhance flavor, wellness, and connection to the season’s awakening energy!
