Step away from the noise and into nature! Join FlowFitX Yoga For Life for a Silent Nature Walk & Nature Scavenger Hunt—an invitation to reconnect with yourself, nature, and others through presence, curiosity, fun, and non-verbal connection.

Mahatma Gandhi observed one day of silence every week, believing that quieting the mouth allowed for deeper listening and self-control. He wrote: “It has often occurred to me that a seeker after truth has to be silent.” This rings true in my heart, as silence and nature have been my most profound teachers, as they and I want to share this experience with you.

This is a space to:

-Slow down
-Explore creative and FUN ways to connect with your senses and with nature
-Explore new ways of listening and expressing
-Share a quiet moment with your kids, your dog, or yourself
