The Grief & Loss journey is a deeply healing 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you honor your emotions, process your grief, and find inner peace. Through a powerful blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, guided coaching, and immersive soundscapes, this session will guide you through the natural cycle of grieving while providing a pathway to acceptance and renewal. As you breathe through waves of sorrow, you will allow yourself to fully feel, release, and transform your pain into love, wisdom, and resilience.
