Throughout our time together, we'll explore yoga and ritual arts to center your body and mind , and to enhance your connection to spirit. Our daily practices will also include Tai Chi and Dance. Yoga Nidra and Sound healing sessions are planned to allow for body and mind restoration. This summer retreat will include time at the beach along with personal time to relax and explore the nearby woods.
