With over seven years of dedicated study, Erin earned her RYT 200 through Balance Yoga Lounge, her RYT 500 through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, and has completed additional training in Trauma-Informed Yoga. Her teaching style is thoughtful, grounding, and responsive—meeting each individual where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally. Erin’s classes invite students to connect with the wisdom of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the healing power of the present moment.
