Wear a pair of comfortable shoes as covering the stadium and museum involves a fair bit of walking and climbing stairs.
Don’t forget to bring your phone fully charged or a camera if you want to capture pictures at the stadium and museum (for personal use alone).
Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.
Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.
Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.
Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.
The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.
Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.
Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.
Due to security reasons, the stadium doesn’t have any storage facilities for luggage, wheelchairs, and so on.
The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, or on the Real Madrid website.
On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.
You cannot access the stadium’s field during the tour.
Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Variant-specific cancellation policies may apply.
