Club members must bring their ID (or family book for minors) to access member discounts.
Non-members must provide proof of children’s age (ID or family book) to access applicable discounts.
Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.
Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day.
During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum.
You can purchase a bilingual audio guide at the venue for immersive commentary on the stadium, museum, and the club's history.
Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

The stadium and museum tours are each one hour.
