Appetizers - Rustic bread loaf, sweet cream butter with sea salt, bandaged cheddar, port-poached pears, honeycomb

Entrées (Choose one with ticket purchase)

- Root vegetable vol-au-vent with wild mushrooms and sage-cream (vegetarian) 

- Pan-roasted airline chicken breast on rosemary-currant cornbread stuffing with white wine jus and sautéed Brussels sprouts

- Slow cooked maple-bourbon beef short rib on mashed potatoes and parsnips with thyme and honey-butter glazed carrots

Dessert - Deep dish apple pie with rum caramel and whipped cream

Beverages - Cash bar and tableside beverage service available for purchase featuring a curated list of French wines, Madeira, whiskey, hard cider, show-themed specialty cocktails, select spirits, beer, hot apple cider, soft drinks, coffee and sparkling water.
