Since the Wellspring Festival's start in the 1990’s, this gathering has served as a regular gathering for druid teaching, organizing, and connecting. With ritual, music, formal workshops, and lots of informal chatting, we seek to deepen our religious practices and leave renewed and energized for the work of Stone Creed's parent organization Ár nDraíocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship (ADF), and other pagan paths.
This year we are pleased to welcome as featured presenters Diana Paxson, BJ Swain, and Patricia Robin Woodruff. Diana Paxson has been one of the leading voices in heathenry for a very long time. BJ Swain returns to Wellspring bringing his expertise in ritual magic. Patricia Robin Woodruff brings scholarship of Slavic paganism and practical experience within modern witchcraft.
For musical entertainment, this year we will be featuring Blackout Rose. We will also be holding the next round of the Wellspring Bardic Chair, a competition in which performers demonstrate their skills in storytelling, song, prepared and spontaneous poetry, and collaborative performance.
