Join WCREW for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Theory Madison, Mortenson’s transformative new student housing project in downtown Madison. Rising on the site of the former State Street Campus Garage, this 12-story mixed-use development will deliver over 700 student beds and ground-floor retail space, creating new vibrancy for the State Street corridor.

This project is designed to emphasize affordability, sustainability, and community connection, with a targeted LEED Silver certification and a public-private partnership model. During the tour, Mortenson will share insights into the design, construction, and unique challenges of delivering this major project, set to open in Summer 2026.
