Because trauma disconnects the body and mind, this course focuses on healing this rift through aerial yoga. This training, led by two certified yoga therapists, includes 36 in-person contact hours (8 a.m.-6 p.m. each training day) as well as 14 hours of video (non-contact) hours. In-person attendance at all four days, March 12-15, is required.
