This experiential workshop blends nutrition education, embodied awareness, and intuitive decision-making to help you feel more confident and connected to how you fuel your body. Through guided meditation, a practical discussion on protein and nourishment, and an interactive muscle-testing experience, you’ll explore how different forms of protein and nutrition land in your body.

Rather than following rigid rules or one-size-fits-all recommendations, this workshop invites you to tune inward—learning to listen, feel, and respond to what supports your energy, strength, and overall wellbeing.
