Concert Duration - 60 minutes
Venue Access
There are two Candlelight Experience sessions each evening:

• Early Session: Doors open at 5:30 PM, concert begins at 6:30 PM
• Late Session: Doors open at 8:00 PM, concert begins at 9:00 PM

Your ticket time indicates your arrival window — guests are invited to explore the beautifully lit venue grounds, stroll through the Christmas light displays, and enjoy a complimentary cup of hot chocolate before the concert begins.

Please note that all guests must be seated at least 5 minutes before showtime. Once the concert begins, doors will be closed and late arrivals will not be permitted to preserve the intimate candlelight atmosphere.
