This panel has been approved for 1 WI CLE credit.This panel will focus on distinctive approaches to criminal law issues under state constitutions. We will cover a range of topics, including protections against cruel and unusual punishment, limits of unreasonable searches and seizures, rights of juvenile offenders, Pr*son conditions, and the rights of incarcerated people.
