Our entry time for lining up starts at 400pm so we will roll out at 345pm.  
See the map attached. We have to enter Portal Lane form Shelton Road (yellow line) we are instructed to park at the Medical Mall (east of the Thrift Store). 
Parade starts at 500pm, parade route (red line) is just 0.9 mile on Hughes Road. The parade ends with a left turn on to Plaza Blvd (blue line).  We will continue to follow everyone over to the Kroger parking lot to remove decorations.
Since the route has changed so much with the start/end on opposite sides of Hughes Road, I will not be walking the banner this year.
