Circles cover topics ranging from prenatal and postpartum care to parenting strategies, self-care, navigating changes, and more. Every gathering is designed to leave you with useful tools and heartfelt support.

🌈 Inclusive and Free:
Open to all parents and caregivers of babies under one year at no cost. Light snacks are provided. 🍎

Save your spot if you can. It helps us plan, but if life’s busy, just show up. You and your baby are always welcome.
