Sure, there are other restaurants that serve pretzels made by a bakery. But Bierock is one of the very few that takes the time and effort to create something delicious made in house.

So it only makes sense that on National Pretzel Day, we celebrate this twisted treat on Sunday April 26.

On this date Bierock will be serving four different pretzel flavors!

Traditional Pretzel
Jalapeno Popper Pretzel
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pretzel
Bavarian Herb Pretzel
Our quintessential pretzel is salted, buttered and served with a side of our house-made pimento cheese dipping sauce.

We’ll also serve a new sweet, dessert version that will be topped with a peanut butter and chocolate sauce and served with a side of cream cheese frosting to dip.

Don’t forget about our popular Jalapeño Popper Pretzel. It will be topped with cheddar cheese and served with a Jalapeño Popper dip.

Finally, we have an homage to Germany, our Bavarian Herb pretzel served with a Dusseldorf brown mustard sauce.

Get one or all four, whatever suits your fancy.

We will also be “pretzeling” our Classic bierock.

It’s just what you’ve come to expect from our German-inspired Classic: ground beef, sauerkraut, onion and seasoning with a mustard vinaigrette dipping sauce.

But it will come out of the oven with the typical pretzel skin and shine and topped with salt.

Doors open at 11:00 a.m. And a word of notice, we typically sell out on Pretzel Day, so the earlier you order, the better.

The full food and drink menu will be available the day of the event.
