Program includes: Learn about brain-healthy habits such as physical and cognitive exercise and nutrition Understand why brain health matters at every stage of life Build a personalized action plan for long-term brain health Enjoy community on trail together Explore Dane County Parks and how you can enjoy the outdoors in your brain-healthy lifestyle Cost: Free* Age: Adults Registration is required.
