- **Event Description**: Join Forward Thai Boxing for a Masters Boxing Sparring (style: American Boxing). These opportunities bring together a dynamic and diverse group of boxers to support each other’s growth and skill.

The event is two hours of 3 minute sparring rounds. Participants will change partners in between each round. Sparring rounds are light to medium power, focusing on technique and scoring. Please bring all training gear.  

Who should attend: This is a 35+ years of age, all gender sparring event for those that train Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and other striking martial arts. This event can serve those that are training for a specific fight and those that are hoping to continue to develop their sparring skills.

Time: 11:00-1:00pm. Doors open at 10:30am.

Our building is located at the corner of Rimrock and Moorland Roads. Parking and entrance: Our parking lot and entrance door are on the backside of the building in between the building and the gas station. You will enter the building from the parking lot through the front door that we share with Finca Café.  

Optional post-sparring gathering at Delta Beer Lab just up the street.
