It will be a fun day at Bierock during the first day of the first round of the March Madness basketball tournament.
Not only will we have our big projection screen TV showing hoops from open to close, we’ll be serving chicken wings on this date as well!
And we’ll have more than one screen going at a time.
So join us at Bierock on Thursday March 19 as soon as doors open at 3:00 p.m.
The chicken wings will feature a house-made dry rub on a combination of flats and drums.
They’ll then be complemented with your choice of Bleu Cheese, Chive Ranch or Buffalo dipping sauce.
And they’ll be available a half dozen at a time.
To be clear, chicken wings will not be a full-time part of the Bierock menu. And we make no guarantee they will be available beyond Mar. 19.
We will, however, have chicken wings for special occasions. And this is one of them.
Customers can also get our weekly Thursday special, a Grilled Cheese & Soup Combo on this date as well.
Bierock’s full food and drink menu will still be available.
