Rowell is a singer-songwriter and serves as pastor of the Madison Community Seventh-day Adventist Church. ?The Philippine Center Strummers (4:00 pm) ? The Philippine Center Strummers is the official ukulele group of the Philippine Cultural and Civic Center in Wisconsin. The band also includes percussionists and a bass player who add joie de vive to their repertoire. ? Shaddai Solidum (5:00 pm) ?
