Get your groove on with BollyBeat—a Bollywood-inspired dance experience blending freestyle Bollywood moves with infectious, lively rhythms. You’ll learn easy-to-follow choreography, taught step by step, designed to get you moving, smiling, and reveling in the joy of dance! No dance experience needed— all skill levels are welcome in this inclusive, cross-cultural community experience.

Instructor Bio: Manisha Bhargava is a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, a Radical Remissions cancer coach, an E-500 Hatha yoga teacher, and a Bollywood dance-fitness instructor. A professional Indian dancer, she has performed extensively and was an empaneled artist with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. She combines her diverse expertise and passion to create experiences that are uplifting, energizing, and joyful.
