At the May Mini Monday session, Mini 4-Hers learned about beneficial bugs and at the June session they can use bug catching tongs to safely capture certain species to observe up close! 
This is a great time for any questions Mini's may have on their fair posters/notebooks. A butterfly craft will also be included! 

Parents/caregivers are encouraged to attend to help little hands with the craft and assist with identification for 'no touchy' insects. We will be outside for a portion of this session so protection from the sun and appropriate clothes/shoes are recommended. Youth will stay on mown areas only along the edge of the pollinator garden in front of the community building.
