Intro to Kickboxing is the perfect course for pure beginners who might feel nervous to learn. 

Your instructor will walk you step-by-step through the essential kickboxing skills, so you can feel confident to strike equipment (like heavy bags) and partner (like holding mitts) safely. 

We welcome beginners of all body types, ages (adult), fitness and ability levels. Have a physical limitation? We can modify activities to work for your body.

6-week course includes:
-6 45-minute classes
-Your first pair of hand wraps ($10 value)
-A 10% discount on your next class or membership if you'd like to continue your training

You will learn realistic self-defense application of kickboxing strikes, develop your fitness without even realizing it, and most importantly... have so much fun!!

Saturdays 1:15-2pm
June 6 - July 18 (no class July 4)

Accessibility note: Our studio can only be accessed by one flight of stairs. We are happy to help if the stairs are an obstacle for you.
