Greenhouse Yoga with Jess Winkler

Jess was born in a small village on the foothills of the Andes in Peru; since moving to the US she has been on the search for a sense of stillness – a sense of peace. Her curiosity led her to begin her yoga journey at a young age; at first her practice was aimed at gaining strength, balance, and flexibility. As her practice matured, Jess became aware of the connection that resides between our breath and our minds. Her practice transformed into a self-study that has helped her attain a mental state of clarity and enjoyment — her meditation. Jess’ classes are creative, fun, and challenging. She likes to build from the ground up, and will guide you every step of the way with direct cues and encouragement. She invites you to take her classes with an open heart and mind.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your spot and settle into the space. Dress in layers as the greenhouse fluctuates in temperature depending on the weather. Bring your own mat, water bottle, props if you’d like them.
