In our busy, stressful, often complicated lives, it’s easy to ignore our body’s innate wisdom, which is inextricably connected to our spiritual health and sense of well-being. Join Gentle Yoga + Meditation Teacher Erin Schuster as she guides you through practices to help you nourish your body, mind and spirit. Through gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork and light weights, you will:
- Relax your nervous system through guided meditation
- Learn how to reduce stress through calming breathwork
- Enhance muscle strength, endurance and bone density through a mindful, low-impact flow
- Release tension in your body through gentle yoga
- Navigate from your body’s wisdom to connect with who you are at a soul level.
No prior yoga experience is required. People of all faith backgrounds or no religious affiliation are welcome. Participants will be asked to sign an insurance waiver releasing Mercy by the Sea from liability.
About the presenter
Erin Schuster is the owner of Shoreline CT Yoga and Wellness shorelinectyoga.com. She has been leading retreats, events, classes and workshops since 2012 while also assisting Yoga Teacher Trainings at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Erin hosts experiential wellness events and]international retreats that specialize in meditation, philosophy, sound healing and pranayama. It is Erin's mission to help foster transformative experiences in a supportive environment that inspires connection, well-being, compassion and joy.
