- **Event Description**: IMPORTANT NOTE: Herspiral Contemplative Arts, which has generously lent its space to us for some time, is moving, so we are working to find a new permanent location. We will not be meeting on October 10. On October 17, we will meet at Prairie Unitarian Universalist Society (2010 Whenona Dr, Madison) and on Google Meet (link at madisonmeditation.org/meditation). We hope to have an update soon about future weeks.

Here's our regular schedule:

On the first Friday of the month, the evenings consist of a 45-minute meditation period, a short break, and then an open discussion of attendees' practice and the dhamma.

On the second, fourth, and sometimes fifth Fridays, we have a 30-minute sit, a short break, a talk (usually by Jason Chung), and then a short period of discussion about the talk.

On the third Fridays, various sangha members take turns leading after our 30-minute sit.

There are no COVID-related restrictions at this time, but you are welcome to wear a mask. If you typically sit on the floor, we encourage you to bring your own cushion. Chairs are available.

If you can't make it in person, you can join us online using Google Meet. Please check our website for the link.
