In this class, I will first offer fun and expressive movement to get those wiggles out!! Next, your littles will try some traditional yoga poses. Lastly, we'll finish with techniques to help your kiddo slow down, listen to their bodies and find peace.

Fitchburg Public Library is currently offering FREE monthly events as part of their program called, "Get Your Wiggles Out," intended for kids to get their bodies moving. Other guests include Dance Around the World with Little Neurons, Music Specialist Julie Mazer, the Seminole Tennis Director, Infinity Martial Arts and TOCA Soccer.
