- **Event Description**: "We honor the life that was taken. We honor every heart carrying grief. We honor the resilience of our community. May this space offer rest, restoration, and the reminder that our lives, our voices, and our love matter."

In times of grief, we need spaces where we can simply be.

Join us for a gentle Community Healing Sound Bath as we come together to honor the life affected by recent violence, hold space for one another, and support our collective healing. Through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided breath, affirmations, and quiet reflection, we will create a space for rest, compassion, and hope.

Whether you are grieving, carrying the weight of recent events, supporting loved ones, or simply seeking a moment of peace, you are welcome here.

No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you relax.

Together, we pause. Together, we breathe. Together, we heal.

This is a free community gathering. All are welcome. However, we have limited space and would like to prioritize our Black community first.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants lie down or sit comfortably while a variety of instruments produce sounds and vibrations. These instruments may include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other harmonic tools.

The term "bath" signifies that participants are immersed in the sounds, allowing the vibrations to envelop them. This experience promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and can even facilitate spiritual or emotional healing. The goal is to create a therapeutic environment where individuals can let out tension, quiet their minds, and enter a state of deep relaxation or meditation.
