Senior teachers Amy Pearce-Hayden & Aubree Saia bring over 50 years of combined experience in the yogic healing arts to guide you through this immersive 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Rooted in the sacred sciences of Ayurveda, Elemental Wisdom, Tantra, and Yogic Philosophy, this training is a bridge between ancient traditions and modern embodiment practices. Through the study of Ancient Texts, Meditation, Mantra, Yantra, Pranayama, and Sacred Ritual, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with the elements, the subtle body, and your own innate intelligence.
