Designed as a catalyst for profound personal evolution, this program invites you to deepen your wisdom, refine your practice, and step into your full potential as both a student and teacher of Yoga.

Rooted in the sacred sciences of Ayurveda, Elemental Wisdom, Tantra, and Yogic Philosophy, this training is a bridge between ancient traditions and modern embodiment practices. Through the study of Ancient Texts, Meditation, Mantra, Yantra, Pranayama, and Sacred Ritual, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with the elements, the subtle body, and your own innate intelligence.

This year-long alchemical journey will empower you to:
 🔥 Awaken the Elements within you—Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether—to align with nature’s rhythm and understand their influence in your practice, body and energetic being.

🌀 Expand your Teaching Medicine Basket with 5 Prana Vinyasa elemental namaskars, advanced sequencing, intelligent adjustments, and soul-centered class design. 
🕉 Refine Your Inner Voice through mantra, sound healing, and meditation techniques for deeper presence and authenticity.
✨ Cultivate Sacred Embodiment by journeying through a 3day temple body cleanse.
