🤗6:45pm “Shake Down” Liquid Fusion Bellydance DRILLS!! (All Levels welcome)
A perfect class to clean up your technique!! Class will open with a dynamic warm-up, moving onto breaking down & drilling technique while learning bite sized combos. Techniques will vary from week to week, providing a fun and challenging class, packed with a punch. Combining isolations, traveling foot patterns & layers for the more advanced dancers, everyone will be challenged! Closing the class with a juicy cool down, leaving you buzzing from head to toe; feeling inspired & energized.
🤗 7:45pm EST “Infrasound” Performance Prep Class! (Students MUST attend 6:45 drill class if wanting to attend choreography class)
Come learn Heather’s newest choreography to “Infrasound” by Habitaat, which will be performed at upcoming events in 2026! This piece is emotive & full of complexity, colored with Heather’s liquid style!
